Religious Education
By JR on 26/6/2003
All pupils from First Year to Fifth Year have one or two periods of Religious Education each week. This is concerned both with the study of religious beliefs and practices (in particular those related to Christianity) and also with the pupil's own search for meaning, value and purpose in life.
Parents have the right to withdraw their child from attending Religious Education. Those who wish to exercise this right should write to the Rector explaining both their wishes and the reason for these wishes. Alternative arrangements will then be made.
