E-Learning for PHS:
In what is probably a first for a Scottish school, Perth High School has subscribed to an American website which offers tutorials and support for all major software programs, from Windows XP to Powerpoint, Apple's iMovie to Macromedia's Dreamweaver. This means FREE tuition for staff, pupils..... and parents!

The license became effective at Christmas and pupils should have brought home their password. If anyone has yet to receive their login these can be obtained from the school Office.

Water, Water, Everywhere !
A great weekend was enjoyed by 12 staff at the Kinloch Rannoch Outdoor Education base. Hillwalking, alternative rehydration methods, canoeing, water games, a loch rescue and a liberal dose of humour were the main ingredients of a weekend that has to be repeated.
